By accessing or using Habitadd (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Habitadd provides habit tracking and productivity tools via mobile and web platforms. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in the local currency and may vary by region. (a) Platform Billing: Depending on where you purchased your subscription, billing will be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our secure web payment provider. (b) Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. (c) Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the platform used for the purchase.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service, including original content, design, and software, is the exclusive property of Habitadd. You retain all ownership rights to the personal habit data you enter into the application.

Habitadd is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habitadd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
